Die erste bestätigte Landung der Olympic Airways fand am 11. Mai 1981 mit einer Boeing 737-200 (SX-BCI) auf einem Charterflug statt.

In 1986 und 1988 erschien dann jeweils eine Boeing 737-200 im Auftrag der griechischen Regierung zu einem Staatsbesuch in der damaligen DDR.

Von Ende Juli bis Mitte September 1994 gab es dann noch einmal eine Charterkette mit insgesamt fünf Charterflügen.

In the years 1986 and 1988 the airline operated on two flights for the greek Government for a state visit in the former GDR.

At least, altogether five charter flights were enforced from the end of July until mid of September in 1994.
