Die ehemalige D-ABFF wurde als N818AL am 11. Oktober 1996 an Aloha Airlines abgeliefert. Vorher flog diese Boeing 737 als VT-MGD bei der indischen Modiluft und war, nach der Pleite der Airline, lange Zeit in Schönefeld abgestellt. Zwei weitere Boeing 737 gingen schon im August und September 1996, als N820AL (ex D-ABHM) und N821AL (ex D-ABMC), über Schönefeld an diese Airline.

Registered as N818AL the former D-ABFF was delivered to Aloha Airlines on October 11th. 1996. Previously this Boeing 737  flew as VT-MGD with the indian Modiluft and after the bankruptcy of the airline it was stored at SXF for a long time. Two further Boeing 737 already went in August and September 1996, as N820AL (ex D-ABHM) and N821AL (ex D-ABMC) via Schönefeld airport to this airline.
