Hamburg Airlines opened the operation from Tempelhof with a line service to Hamburg on November 26th. 1990.

From 1991 flights to Munster/Osnabruck and Saarbrucken were operated, later on followed by routes to Riga, Tallinn and Vilnius. For a short period also Kaliningrad and Minsk were served.

In the summerseason 1995 charter flights to Calvi, Ibiza, Monastir, Mykonos, Palma, Shannon and Skopje were operated, before Hamburg Airlines ceased their operations on December 21st. 1997.
